3 Antique Bowls Unearthed in Bani

Just this morning, three antique bowls were turned-over by the barangay captain

of Barangay Bani, this municipality. These artifacts were unearthed by some
construction workers in the elementary school of the said island barangay while they
were digging for a schoolbuilding project . Bones were also discovered and these remain

buried in the construction site. Two gold earrings were also discovered but these were not
turned over by the construction workers. Mayor Quintin B. Saludaga, thru the local police,
invited to his office the two construction workers to convince them to turn over the earring but still
they have refused.

As of now, the antiques bowls are in the custody of the Municipal Treasurer. These are kept
on a vault to ensure safety.
